At Bede Burn Kindergarten, we believe that every child deserves a joyful and nurturing environment to grow and learn. Located in the heart of Jarrow, our privately run children's day nursery has been providing quality childcare since March 2013.

A Place to Learn and Play

We create a happy, secure, and caring atmosphere where children can explore and learn through play. Our nursery is designed for little ones aged 6 weeks to 5 years, and we can accommodate up to 78 children at any given time.

Health and Safety First

The health and safety of our children are our top priorities. We follow the guidelines set by Public Health England to ensure a safe environment. We also encourage a healthy lifestyle among our children, helping them to develop good habits from a young age.

Funding Options for Families

We understand that every family is unique, which is why we offer various funding options for eligible parents. This includes 30 hours of free childcare for children aged 2-4 years, making quality childcare more accessible.

Outstanding Care

We are proud to share that we have received an Outstanding grade from Ofsted in our latest inspection, a testament to the dedication and hard work of our staff.
