Welcome to Cumberland Preschool Kindergarten!

Nestled just 8 kilometers south of Adelaide, in the beautiful Mitcham Council area, Cumberland Preschool Kindergarten is a special place where little ones can learn and grow. We are proud to be a part of the Mitcham Plains Partnership, which includes 8 kindergartens, 5 primary schools, and 4 secondary schools. Together, we create a supportive community for our children.

At our kindergarten, we have a cozy environment with a maximum capacity of 33 children per session. This allows us to give each child the attention they deserve. Our sessions run for two full days from Monday to Thursday, from 8:45 AM to 3:30 PM, along with some additional sessions on Fridays, totaling 15 hours of fun and learning each week.

We believe in the power of play! That’s why we follow the Early Years Learning Framework for Australia, known as 'Belonging, Being and Becoming'. This national framework is designed for children from birth to five years, ensuring that every child experiences engaging, play-based learning. At Cumberland Kindergarten, we focus on creating joyful experiences that help build a strong foundation for success in life.
