At Hepburn Kindergarten, we believe in nurturing young minds and creating a joyful learning environment. We are proud to be part of ECKA, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to providing exceptional early childhood education services in Ballarat and the surrounding areas.

Our Story

ECKA was founded in 2003 by a passionate group of volunteers from seven community kindergartens. Their vision was to create a supportive network for families and children, and today, we manage 28 early childhood education services. Every parent or guardian with a child in our programs is a valued member of ECKA Inc., helping us shape a brighter future for our little ones.

We are licensed by the Department of Education (DE), which means we follow all the necessary guidelines to ensure a safe and enriching experience for your child. Our team is dedicated to meeting the State Government licensing requirements, so you can have peace of mind knowing your child is in good hands.

Learning Together

At Hepburn Kindergarten, we offer a State Government funded kindergarten program designed for children in the two years before they start school. Our programs are filled with fun activities that promote learning through play, helping your child develop essential skills in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
