Welcome to Hunters Hill Preschool!

Nestled in the heart of Hunters Hill, NSW, Australia, Hunters Hill Preschool is a warm and inviting community-based, not-for-profit preschool that has been a cherished part of our neighborhood since 1949. Managed by a dedicated Parent Executive Committee, we pride ourselves on creating a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

We are proud to be approved by the Department of Education and have received an impressive 'Exceeding' rating. Our curriculum is thoughtfully designed, drawing inspiration from the Early Years Learning Framework and the Reggio Emilia philosophy. This means that we focus on play-based learning, allowing children to explore, discover, and learn through their natural curiosity. We believe that every child has the right to be an active participant in their own education, and we celebrate their unique voices and ideas.

At Hunters Hill Preschool, we also honor the Wallumedegal people, the traditional custodians of the land on which we gather. We strive to embed Indigenous perspectives into our program, enriching our children's understanding of the world around them.

Every day, we welcome 58 children across two engaging sessions, fostering an atmosphere of inclusivity and cultural responsiveness. We understand the importance of strong relationships with families, and we work closely with parents to ensure that each child feels supported and valued.
