Welcome to Garneau/University Early Learning Centre!

Established in 1986, the Garneau/University Early Learning Centre Society (GUELC) is a special place for young learners in Edmonton. We are a licensed and accredited non-profit program dedicated to providing high-quality early learning experiences for preschool and kindergarten-aged children.

At our Centre, we believe in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive. Our classrooms are designed to be educationally stimulating, filled with activities that spark curiosity and joy. We stay up to date with the latest research and practices in early childhood development, ensuring that we offer the best for our little ones.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and guided by the Flight Curriculum framework, we focus on building a strong connection between the child, their home, and our Centre. We understand that children learn best from their home life, so our dedicated team works closely with families. We draw inspiration from each family's unique values, cultures, and traditions, creating a seamless transition between home and our Centre.
