At Univillage Preschool and Infant Centre Inc., we believe that every child deserves a nurturing and joyful environment to grow and learn. As a licensed, non-profit organization, we proudly offer full-time care for little ones aged 3 months to 6 years.

Learning Through Play

Our approach is all about learning through play! We use an emergent curriculum that draws inspiration from great thinkers like Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky, and Loris Malaguzzi (the Reggio Emilia approach). This means that we focus on what interests the children, allowing them to explore and discover in a fun and engaging way.

A Multicultural Environment

We celebrate diversity and create a multicultural environment where every child feels valued. We work closely with families to ensure that we meet each child's unique needs, fostering a sense of belonging and community.

Our Programs

We offer two wonderful programs:

• Infant Program (3-24 months): Here, we focus on sensory play, sign language, and creating individualized schedules that suit each baby's rhythm.
• Preschool Program (2-6 years): This program is packed with exciting activities like art, music, and pre-literacy skills to prepare children for their next big steps in learning. We also have a special school readiness program for our 4-5-year-olds, ensuring they are ready for kindergarten!

Inclusivity and Support

At Univillage, we are committed to inclusivity. We partner with local agencies to provide support for children with additional needs, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Our Hours and Fees

We are open from 7:30 am to 5:45 pm for the preschool program and 7:30 am to 5:30 pm for the infant program. Please note that we are closed on statutory holidays and take a break for one week in August.

Our fees are just $10 per day for both the infant and preschool programs, and we happily accept government-approved subsidies to help families.
