At Blue Stars Early Years Services, we are dedicated to providing a warm and nurturing environment for young children, especially those on the Autism Spectrum and with related disorders. Our specialized preschool and daycare service is designed to help every child shine bright!

Our Unique Approach

We believe that every child is unique, and that's why we use a multidisciplinary approach to support their growth and learning. Our methods include:

• Montessori Techniques: Encouraging independence and hands-on learning.
• Aistear Framework: Fostering development through play and exploration.
• Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA): Tailoring learning experiences to meet individual needs.

Each child receives a personalized Individualized Educational Plan (IEP), crafted by our dedicated team, which includes:

• ABA Tutors
• Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
• Speech and Language Therapist
• Occupational Therapist

Fun and Engaging Learning

We offer both 1:1 sessions and group activities to help children develop their social skills in a fun and supportive setting. One of our exciting therapies is Lego Play Based Therapy, where children learn through play!

Class Details

Classes are held from Monday to Friday in two convenient locations: Glenageary and Dundrum, Dublin. We keep our class sizes small, with a maximum of six children per class, ensuring that each child receives plenty of attention and support. Our wonderful team consists of one teacher and three tutors, maintaining a teacher-to-student ratio of 1:2.

Focus on Early Intervention

Our service is funded through the Home Tuition Scheme by the Department of Education and Skills, emphasizing the importance of early educational intervention for children with autism. We use the Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Intervention (NDBI) framework, which is backed by research to improve developmental outcomes for young children with ASD.

Additional Support

In addition to our core programs, we also provide Speech and Language Therapy and Occupational Therapy. These therapies focus on enhancing communication, motor skills, and sensory integration, helping children thrive in all areas of their lives.

Age Range

While we focus on early intervention, our services cater to children approximately 2 to 5 years old. We are committed to creating a supportive and engaging environment where every child can learn and grow at their own pace.
