Welcome to Little Angels Special School!

Nestled in the heart of Knocknamona, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal, Ireland, Little Angels Special School is a warm and welcoming place where every child shines bright! We are dedicated to providing specialized education and resources tailored for children with special needs, including those with Down's Syndrome, Autism, Angelman's Syndrome, and Cerebral Palsy.

Our Unique Approach

At Little Angels, we believe in the power of technology to enhance learning. Our classrooms are equipped with iPads and iPods that help our pupils communicate and explore new ideas in fun and engaging ways. We understand that every child is unique, and we create Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) to support their individual learning journeys.

A Well-Rounded Curriculum

Our curriculum includes a Junior Cycle and we are proud to offer distance learning options along with a Covid Response Plan to keep our students safe and engaged. We also encourage our students to participate in class assemblies and have a rich history of creating video archives to celebrate their achievements.

Little Angels is not just a school; we are a community! We actively engage in fundraising and donations to support our initiatives, including our Green Schools program, which teaches our students the importance of caring for our planet.
