At the Centro de Cultura e Desporto (CCD) in Oeiras, we believe in creating a vibrant community where families can come together to learn, play, and grow. Founded in 1961 by dedicated employees of the Oeiras Municipal Council, our non-profit association has been a cornerstone of cultural and social activities for over six decades.
