Academia AJEC: A Caring Preschool and Daycare

Academia AJEC is a vibrant preschool and daycare located in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais. Since its establishment in 1999, the academy has been dedicated to providing quality education and support for children and families. With over 20 years of experience in socio-educational work, Academia AJEC focuses on creating a nurturing environment where children can learn and grow.

Our Services

Academia AJEC offers a variety of services to cater to the needs of children and their families:

• Berçário (Nursery): Care for infants in a safe and loving environment.
• Creche (Daycare): Engaging activities for toddlers to promote social and emotional development.
• Pré-Escolar (Preschool): A structured program that prepares children for primary school.
• Family Support Activities: Programs designed to assist families, including the Componente de Apoio à Família (CAF) and Atividades de Animação e Apoio à Família (AAAF).

• Personalized Support: We work closely with parents to provide tailored support for each child.

Facilities

Our facility features:

• Three floors designed for different age groups.
• Two playgrounds: One indoors and one outdoors, providing ample space for play and exploration.

Community Engagement

Academia AJEC is committed to community involvement and has established various partnerships to enhance educational opportunities:

• Vocational Guidance Projects: Programs like Orientar-te help students in grades 9 and 12 make informed decisions about their futures.
• Inclusão e Diversidade na Educação (INDIE): A project aimed at promoting social cohesion in schools.
• AEC's (Atividades de Enriquecimento Curricular): Optional activities that connect education with community support.

In 2023, Academia AJEC proudly celebrates its 25th anniversary. We continue to innovate and improve our services, including launching a new website for better communication with our community.
