Payments

  • Registration Fee: Paid at enrollment, non-refundable if withdrawn
  • Monthly Fee: Set at the beginning of the school year, includes meals
    • 10% discount on the second monthly fee for families with siblings enrolled
    • Payments are made for 12 months, with July and August paid in 4 installments (September to December)
    • Parents cover costs for outings and study visits
    • Withdrawal requires one month’s notice; otherwise, the current month’s fee is due
    • Fees must be paid during forced closures (epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters) until reopening

Payment Deadlines:

  • Payments must be made between the 1st and 10th of each month
  • Late payments incur a 30% penalty; failure to pay by the 10th of the following month may result in enrollment cancellation
  • Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash

School Calendar and Hours

  • The school year includes holidays and breaks
  • Closed in August
  • Normal Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with extension until 7:00 PM
  • Entry Time: 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM (late entry requires prior notice)
  • Children can leave from 4:30 PM

Extension:

  • Regular extension (4:30 PM to 7:00 PM) is free
  • Irregular extension (after 7:00 PM until 7:30 PM) is paid and must be requested at the beginning of the school year
  • Non-compliance with hours incurs a €5 daily fine
  • Families must notify the institution of absences

Health and Accidents

  • Children with fever or illness symptoms cannot enter
  • Families must pick up children showing signs of illness
  • Medications must be delivered to staff, properly labeled, with a treatment form
  • A medical certificate is required for re-entry after illness lasting more than 3 days
  • Minor accidents receive first aid; serious cases are referred to health facilities, and families are notified
  • Insurance covers treatment costs; excess costs are the family's responsibility
