• Creche (Daycare): Currently has a capacity of 33 children, with plans to expand to 78.
• Pre-school Education: Established a Kindergarten in 1982, now serving 95 children aged 2-6 in four classrooms.
• C.A.T.L. (Centro de Atividades de Tempos Livres): Created in 1986 for children aged 6-12, currently serving around 80 children.
• Home Support Service: For 40 users, focusing on the elderly and people with reduced mobility.

Educational Activities

• Free music classes for preschool children and two-year-olds in the nursery.
• Extracurricular activities such as swimming lessons and English classes.

Cultural Activities

• Folkloric Group: Founded in 2007, with about 80 members, performing traditional dances and music from the region.
• Participation in local initiatives and projects to promote cultural heritage.

Community Involvement

• Member of the Inter-Freguesias Social Commission of the Southern Area of Vila Verde.
• Co-opted member of the General Council of the Prado School Group.

Historical Context

• Originally served as a cooperative for rural workers and landowners, focusing on social cooperation, health assistance, and education.
• Became a legal entity of public utility in 1982 and recognized as an IPSS in 1998.

Property and Facilities

• Acquired the headquarters building in 1969, renovated in 2003.
• Acquired Casa das Escadinhas in 2007 for nursery services.
• New building under construction to increase creche capacity.

Future Plans

• Studying projects for the old medical post building and improving energy efficiency in existing buildings.
