Overview

Escola Pequeno Cidadão is a welcoming preschool and daycare that serves children from 4 months to 6 years old. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing environment that supports child development through a differentiated educational approach. Our school is open year-round, from January to December, with flexible hours from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Community Engagement

In December 2021, our preschool children led a Christmas food collection campaign. This initiative received wonderful support from families and community members. All collected food and donations were given to Cáritas Gafanha da Nazaré to help underprivileged families enjoy a more joyful Christmas.

Support for Families

During the holiday season, from December 27, 2021, to January 7, 2022, we operated as a support school for families in essential sectors. We also provided strategies for families, including resources from psychologist Marta Quatorze.
