History

• The institution began as a "Patronato" providing assistance and food to needy children in 1976.
• It was formally established as Jardim Infantil e Salas de Estudo do Bairro Pio XII on June 15, 1981, and registered as an IPSS on March 16, 1983.
• Supported by the Instituto de Segurança Social and the Ministry of Education, it has a long-standing commitment to the community.
