Welcome to Louros Primary School, Pre-school & Creche, a nurturing environment for young learners. Our school is dedicated to providing a safe and engaging space for children to grow, learn, and explore.

Activities and Events

We offer a variety of fun and educational activities throughout the year:

• Ida da Pré B ao cinema e almoço no McDonald's: A special trip for Pre-B students to enjoy a movie and lunch.
• Festa dos Finalistas 2023-2024: A graduation celebration for our Basic School students, including those from Pre-school and Creche.
• Louros Solidário - Operação Nariz Vermelho: A charity initiative to support hospitalized children, featuring several events:
  • November 20: Participation in International Children's Rights Day.
  • February 5-6: Community involvement at São Gonçalo buildings.
  • May 6-8: Fundraising activities for World Laughter Day.
  • June 20: Final solidarity campaign at Professor Eleutério de Aguiar School.
  • Total Funds Raised: €1321.50 to support over 47,000 hospitalized children annually.

Projects and Initiatives

We engage in various projects to enrich our students' learning experiences:

• Palestra: Areas Protected of RAM
• Teatro de sombras chinesas: "O Dragão das mil flores"
• Project ABM
• Project "Abraça o futebol"

Educational Programs

Our school participates in the Erasmus+ program with the project "Be the Guardian of the Galaxy Yourself". This program focuses on:

• Encouraging students to create a democratic civilization based on knowledge.
