Nestled in a bright and cheerful park-like setting in southeast Seattle, Dunlap Elementary is a wonderful place for children to learn and grow. Our school is dedicated to focusing on the unique developmental needs of each child, ensuring that every student feels valued and supported.

At Dunlap, we believe in the power of personalized learning. We carefully develop academic intervention and enrichment plans by regularly assessing and monitoring each student’s progress. This means that instruction is tailored to match your child’s learning rate, level, and style.

Our classrooms are vibrant and inclusive, supported by an integrated model of instruction. This means that our dedicated support staff, including ELL/Bilingual staff and Title 1 Instructional Assistants, work hand-in-hand with homeroom teachers to provide extra help to students right where they need it.
