At the Early Learning Coalition of Duval, we are passionate about nurturing the bright minds of our youngest learners! As a nonprofit organization, our mission is simple yet powerful: to provide quality child care and early education for children in Duval County.

Every year, we proudly support over 17,000 children from birth to 5 years old, along with their families. We believe that every child deserves a strong start, and that’s why we offer a variety of affordable and innovative programs.
