Established in 1961, Sweet Briar Daycare & Childcare is a warm and welcoming place for your little ones in Austin. We are proud to be a dual-language childcare center, where children can learn and grow in both English and Spanish. Our center has achieved a 4-star Texas Rising Star Standard, which means we are committed to providing the highest quality care for your child.

Who We Care For

We lovingly care for children aged 12 months to 6 years old. Our programs are designed to nurture their growth and development in a safe and fun environment.

Our Curriculum

At Sweet Briar, we use the Frog Street curriculum for our infant and toddler programs, which is filled with engaging activities that spark curiosity and creativity. We also incorporate Conscious Discipline into our daily routines, giving children the tools they need to understand and manage their emotions. This helps them build strong relationships with their peers and caregivers.

Healthy Eating

We believe that healthy eating is important for growing bodies and minds! That’s why we provide a fresh breakfast, snack, and lunch every day, all prepared by our talented onsite chef. Your child will enjoy delicious and nutritious meals that fuel their day.

Enrichment Programs

To make learning even more exciting, we offer a variety of enrichment programs! Your child can explore:

• Gardening: Discover the joy of planting and caring for flowers and vegetables.
• Music and Movement: Dance and sing to the rhythm of fun tunes.

For those interested in gymnastics, we also offer this exciting activity at an additional cost.
