Our Standards of Excellence

We hold our staff to high standards, adhering to our Employee Standard of Excellence and all Texas State Minimum Standards for Child-Care Centers. Our teacher-to-child ratios are thoughtfully managed, keeping them lower than what is required by the state. Each class is supported by two full-time teachers, along with highly skilled floating teachers who step in wherever extra hands are needed.

The safety and well-being of your children are our top priorities. All staff members, whether they work on the church side or in the Early Learning Center, undergo thorough background checks and fingerprinting. This ensures a safe and healthy environment for our students.

Well-Trained Staff

Our teachers are not only caring but also well-trained. They hold:

• Food handler licenses
• At least 60 clock hours of pre-classroom training in Early Childhood Development and Safety
• Up-to-date certifications in CPR/First Aid/AED
