Sleep Schedule Development
Your baby won't follow a typical 24-hour sleep cycle until 3-4 months. Expect frequent naps and night wakings for feeding and comfort.
Nap Patterns
Naps vary from 10 minutes to 2+ hours. Watch for sleepy cues and offer sleep opportunities every 20-60 minutes of wake time.
Night Sleep
Expect 9-12 hours of broken night sleep with multiple wakings. Bedtime might be late (10 PM or later) at this age.
