Partnering with Parents

We believe that communication with parents is essential. That’s why we hold parent-teacher conferences twice a year and provide student binders with quarterly developmental assessments. We want you to be involved every step of the way!

Safety First

Your child’s safety is our top priority. We have strict policies against smoking, vaping, cannabis, illegal drugs, and alcohol on our premises. Our approach to discipline is positive and proactive, focusing on redirection and problem-solving. We do not use physical restraints or corporal punishment.

We maintain Washington State-required staff-to-child ratios, often exceeding the minimum requirements, to ensure that your child receives the attention they deserve. Our preschool program is designed for children aged 3 to 5.5 years.

Health and Well-being

We have detailed policies in place regarding health, safety, and emergencies, including:

• Child abuse reporting
• Emergency preparedness

We prioritize a clean and sanitized environment, following strict health and safety guidelines. Parents are asked to provide appropriate clothing, lunch, and allergy information, while we offer snacks that meet USDA requirements.
