Nestled in the heart of Northeast Portland's beautiful Rose City Park neighborhood, Rose City Neighborhood Preschool (RCNP) is a warm and inviting place for your little ones to learn and grow. Our preschool is designed for children aged 3-4 years in the Star Class and 4-5 years in the Rainbow Class.

At RCNP, we believe that play is the best way to learn! Our play-based learning philosophy encourages children to explore, discover, and engage with the world around them. Through fun activities and imaginative play, your child will develop important skills while having a blast!

What makes RCNP truly special is our cooperative model. We invite families to be an active part of our community. Parents and guardians can join in the fun by helping out in the classroom, taking on family jobs, and participating in fundraising activities.
