  • Two rooms for children aged 2 to 3 years, with a maximum of 15 children per room.
• Bathrooms:
  • A double bathroom differentiated by gender, with stalls for the 2nd and 3rd cycles of Basic Education.
  • Two additional bathrooms and a changing area with four cabinets.
• Outdoor Spaces:
  • Shared independent terrace of 150 m² for preschool rooms and an interior patio of 250 m².
