Externato Padre António Vieira is a private and cooperative educational institution located in Linda-a-Velha, Portugal. Founded in the late 1950s by a couple of teachers, it is the oldest private educational institution in the municipality of Oeiras. The school initially focused on families with children aged 5 to 10 years in the 1st cycle of basic education. In the 1960s, it expanded to include preschool education for children aged 3 to 5 years. By the 1990s, the current Director added the 2nd cycle to support parents seeking continued education for their children.

The menu includes daily recommended nutrients such as meat, fish, vegetables, and fruit. There are four menus, one for each week of the month, and meals are prepared daily at the school. The menu complies with current legislation, including the HACCP food safety system and the Guidelines on Menus and School Canteens published by the Directorate General of Education in July 2018.
