• Wednesday:
  • Lunch: Portuguese Cabbage Soup with Chickpeas, Grilled Beef with Mushrooms and Mixed Salad, Fruit (Pear/Other)
  • Snack: Simple Milk with Ham, Cheese, or Butter Sandwiches
• Thursday:
  • Lunch: Vegetable Soup, Fish Lasagna with Salad, Fruit (Orange/Other)
  • Snack: Flavored/Natural Yogurt with Cheese or Butter Sandwiches
