Each class enjoys natural fruit juice made by the kitchen team on a specific day of the week. The kitchen adheres to the HACCP system, with compliance monitored through random inspections by food engineers from an external entity. The content emphasizes the importance of learning to eat well.

1. Activity: The school publishes a newspaper called "Jornal d’A Torre".
2. Educational Approach: The newspaper integrates the cooperative ideology of the school and the cooperative organization of classrooms.
3. Involvement: All students participate in the creation of the newspaper.
4. Historical Method: Initially, students created the newspaper using the "Imprensa Freinet" method, assembling texts letter by letter and illustrating them in classroom workshops.
5. Evolution: The introduction of computers changed the production method, leading to a digital format that includes thematic sections reflecting various school activities.
6. Visual Content: The digital version relies more on photographic images, reducing the need for student illustrations.
7. New Format: A new foldable format for the newspaper was developed, allowing students to write and illustrate their selected content.
8. Frequency: Two editions of the newspaper are planned each year, one at the end of the first semester and another at the end of the academic year.

The Tower - Education and Teaching, Crl hosts an annual event called the Festival CRIATIVA´IDADE. This event promotes the display and sharing of artistic products created by students for their peers.
