C.A.C. - Centro de Apoio à Criança

C.A.C. - Centro de Apoio à Criança is a non-profit organization that has been serving the community since 1977. It is officially registered as an Institution of Social Solidarity (IPSS) since July 10, 1985, with registration number 38/85. The center has a cooperation agreement with the District Center of Social Security of Lisbon and is dedicated to supporting children in its area.

Services Offered

C.A.C. provides three main services in separate buildings:

1. Creche (Daycare) for children aged 0 to 3 years.
2. Pré-escolar (Preschool) for children aged 3 to 6 years.
3. C.A.T.L. (After School Care) for children aged 6 to 13 years.

Enrollment Information

C.A.C. is currently accepting pre-enrollments for the academic year 2025/2026 from March 3, 2025, to April 30, 2025. To complete the pre-enrollment, families need to provide the following documents:

• Identification document of the child and family members.
• The latest salary receipt of both parents.
• Proof of rent value or monthly payment for home ownership.
• Document regarding parental responsibilities (if parents are separated).
• Proof of residential address.
• Proof of the family allowance tier.

All documents and the pre-enrollment form must be submitted at the secretary's office. Pre-enrollments will only be accepted once all requested documentation is provided.

Educational Project

C.A.C. has an Educational Project for the years 2021-2026, which outlines its approach to education and care for children. Internal regulations for the daycare, preschool, and after-school care can be accessed through provided links.
